Shipping policy

Orders must be placed by 12PM PST to start processing on the same day Processing time may take up to 3-5 business days. Holiday processingn times may vary. Delivery times, depending on destination usually take anywhere from 1-5 business days.  Custom, made-to-order, 3D Printed and bulk orders take longer, depending on the complexity. 

We only ship to U.S. addresses. Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. 

Tracking Orders:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. Tracking numbers and links may take up to 24 hours to start tracking.
